Characteristics of Charismatic People
They listen more than they talk
They put all their stuff away when speaking to you and give you their full attention Ex. Cell Phones, computers, files, etc.
They shine the spotlight on others Ex: If you walk into a party instead of saying, “I am here” they say, “Oh, there you are.”
They choose the words they use The speak only positively and uplifting.
